Our turnaround time is fast, so waiting times are not long. Take 5 to 10 minutes into account on weekends. With larger groups the waiting time can of course be longer.

Preps, inspired by the word preparations, is run by a team of young entrepreneurs. Driven by their love for healthy food they are constantly seeking ways to experiment and elevate the Preps experience. Together with a young, dynamic team they strive to offer personal service, a relaxed atmosphere and a healthy food experience. Their motto? Enjoying life in a healthy way, taking on challenges and being open to new, fresh ideas.ย
Alongside making delicious food, we also love supporting independent makers. From our coffee to our menu the utmost attention has been put into selecting only the best products and we make it our priority to never compromise. We chose local shops to collaborate with that share our love and passion for food. Our coffee, tea, and bread have been carefully selected in collaboration with several local suppliers in Maastricht.
