Preps processes personal data in order to perform our services as well as possible and to align them with the wishes of our customers. Preps considers the protection of your privacy of great importance. To guarantee the security of the personal data, Preps adheres to the requirements prescribed by the General Data Protection Regulation.
Personal data of our customers and other interested parties are therefore treated, processed and secured with care. To secure the personal data, Preps has implemented state-of-the-art organizational and technical measures.

Personal data that Preps obtains from its customers
During the ordering or registration process you provide the following personal data to Preps:

Below is described with which third parties your personal data is shared. Preps ensures that all parties comply with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation when sharing personal data.
Organizations in direct relationship with the Processing
Manager Preps will share your personal data with carefully selected third parties. We only do this if sharing the data is necessary for the provision or execution of the services, solutions and/or products.
We share your personal data with the following third parties, including our processors:

- WordPress
- CRM system
- Website administrator
When sharing your personal data, Preps demands from these third parties that the data is treated confidentially and is only used for the purpose for which it was provided.
Transfer to third countries
We try to process personal data as much as possible within the EEA, but sometimes we cannot avoid using services from outside the EEA. These companies are located in an adequate country designated by the European Commission.
We have concluded a processing agreement with all processors, within and outside the EEA.
Privacy rights of our customers
The General Data Protection Regulation gives rights to data subjects whose personal data is processed. For example, if you want to know which personal data is processed by Preps, you can submit a request for this.
If it appears that the personal data is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you are entitled to submit a request to have the data changed or supplemented. In addition, you are entitled to submit a request to delete your personal data. Preps will respect and comply with this request, unless we are required to retain the personal data for compliance with a legal obligation. Finally, as a data subject, you also have the right to portability of the personal data, if technically possible, Preps will – only at your request – provide the personal data or send it directly to another controller.
Your first request is free of charge. We charge an administrative fee for all applications that you submit below, this also applies if you submit several applications at the same time.

Retention periods
We do not store the personal data for longer than is necessary. We use a standard retention period of 5 years. This means that we delete your data after 5 years. Exceptions to this are the personal data that we have to keep for longer because there is a legal obligation to do so.
Security of your personal data
Preps takes appropriate physical, technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. In the first instance, we ensure that no more personal data is collected and used than is necessary for the purpose. We limit access to your personal data only to those employees who need the information to inform you about our services. In addition, we regularly train our staff in the field of privacy, data protection and information security. Your personal data is stored securely in accordance with the state of the art. This means that we do not use outdated technology to secure the data. We safeguard the state of the art by updating and testing our security technologies every six months.

Organizational and technical security measures
- Digital access management: only Preps employees can log in to the computer systems;
- HyperText Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS), extension to the HTTP protocol for the purpose of secure data exchange;
- Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), encryption protocol that secures communication between computers;
- Firewall: Network security system, monitors and controls incoming and outgoing connections to the server based on pre-set security rules.
